CORE Spaces started with a broker who kept running into the same thing.

Najam spent years selling and letting property across Dubai, and he was good at it — the kind of good where the phone rings on its own and the referrals never stop. But the longer he did it, the more one thing bothered him. The market rewarded volume. List everything, chase everyone, close whatever closes. Clients were handed between people who'd never seen the building. Buyers were pushed at whatever needed moving that month. Good agents burned out; good clients felt like a number.

He founded CORE Spaces to work the other way round. Fewer properties, properly known. One agent who stays with you from the first viewing to the handover — the same person, every time, who has actually stood in the unit and can tell you what the light is like at 4pm and what the service charge really covers.

How we work

We'd rather tell you a place isn't right than push it. If a building has a problem, we say so. If your budget doesn't match the community you've set your heart on, we'll tell you that too — and then show you the three areas where it does.
